Drive Thrus are an American icon for sure. Our interest in the transforming the drive-thru experience started when we did a project for CVS on designing the Future of the Pharmacy. We saw so many opportunities to improve the drive-thru which has only increased since the pandemic with the desire for touchless interactions as well as the millineal generation's expectation for experiences. We hooked up with our collaborative partners, BlinkUX and Life Positive Design for a presentation at San Diego Design Week. Enjoy the show.
