Our group is led by Dr. Joely Gardner, widely known in Human Factors & Usability Testing services (See link to her recent presentation on IFU Testing: http://www.thedesignacademy.com/#!joely-gardner-article/ip8). Dr. Gardner has a Certificate in Project Management and is a licensed psychologist and a Fellow and Diplomate in the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists & Psychodiagnosticians. She has performed extensive usability testing and voice of customer research projects for companies such as Mitchell Medical, ThermoFisher (Life Technologies), Quest Diagnostics Clinical Trials Division, and Cardinal Health. She is a part-time professor at California State University at Fullerton in the graduate-level certificate program in Customer Experience and User-Centered Design.

Chuck Pelly introduced the 2014 Eyes on Design Lifetime Achievement award to this year's recipent, PETER SCHREYER.
Chuck was a past recipient of the award for race car design, notably the Scarab and 1st Chaparral.
This years, honored recipient is Peter Schreyer,
Peter Schreyer has been selected as the 2014 recipient of the EyesOn Design Lifetime Design Achievement award, given annually by the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology.
Schreyer, the president and chief design officer of the Hyundai Group, oversees design strategy for both the Kia and Hyundai brands. At Kia, Schreyer helped revolutionize the brand's styling and became responsible for the signature "tiger nose grille" which identifies many current models.
He has been the Chief Design Officer at Kia Motors since 2006 and on 28 December 2012, was named one of three presidents of the company. Three weeks later, he became the Chief Design Officer of both Hyundai Motor and Kia Motors.
